Services

All services provided by Studio 12 Barbershop are non refundable once they have been completed. As our services are personalised and time based, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to personal preference. If you are not satisfied with your service, we encourage you to inform our team before leaving the barbershop. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and provide adjustments where appropriate.

Appointments, Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us via our official communication channels so we can assist accordingly. Studio 12 Barbershop reserves the right to manage late cancellations or no shows at our discretion.

Retail Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, retail products are non returnable and non refundable once opened or used. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange only if the item is defective at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe.

Gift Cards and Promotional Services

Gift cards, promotional services, packages, and discounted offers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
